The brain says come and see an opera.

The eyes say go and watch TV

The stomach says let’s eat some chocolate

what’s good for mouth is good for me.

The pointy horns o’ a dilemma

are pulling her and pushing he

there’s just one choice to make some harmony

but what that choice is I can’t see.

Who’s da bossa.  Who’s da bossa.

Who’s da bossa inside me.

You want to do find a way to please them all

This is a wonderful 5/4 Bossa Nova called a Jequibau. Nelson always insisted that Ken and Jimmy be able to play a “Waltz”, a Swing Tune and a Bossa, so that if a bus-load of tourists walked in on any beat of a song, they’d know exactly what kind of song we were playing.

This is a tribute to Nelson. It’s Carmen Miranda meets the Islands.
